Wave by Raghava..thoughts?

I have recently visited this venture and liked the location elevation and floor plans. Their USP is the the sky bridge on 19 floor and rooftop garden. Those sounded interesting considering the price they are quoting which is very competitive. Has anyone booked in this community? I’m kind of leaning towards this project but lack of prior projects and presence of power transmission lines tower wishing the project are worrying me.
