I’ve also been comparing larger apartments like My Home Akrida with villa communities such as Forest Nation. If the main requirement is simply a 2,300–2,500+ sq ft apartment, Akrida may be worth checking based on the available configurations.
Forest Nation is a different proposition altogether. Instead of apartment sizes, its focus is on 4BHK independent manors, with Phase 1 offering around 402.5 sq.yd plots and Phase 2 offering approximately 431–476 sq.yd plots. The published built-up area for the manor types is around 5,828–6,175 sq.ft, with private lifts and G+2+terrace layouts.
The bigger difference for me would therefore be the lifestyle and land component. Forest Nation is planned across 40+ acres with 60%+ open/green space and 219 manors, rather than a high-rise apartment format.
So I’d compare them based not only on carpet/built-up area, but also on land share, density, privacy, maintenance, amenities, location, rental demand and long-term resale potential. They are really two different residential formats.https://forestnation.in/villas-in-hyderabad.html
