Just read about Rajapushpa Aurelia. The price point for a 3 & 4 BHK seems pretty steep! Do you think it justifies the amenities and the location?

FarhanAli

With its amenities and proximity to IT hubs, you can expect a good rental yield. The demand for luxury accommodations is growing in Tellapur.

Shebin

considering rapid development and social infrastructure improvement in the area, property values and rental yields are likely to increase.

Are there any reviews or feedback on Rajapushpa Properties as a developer? Considering investing in Aurelia.

Rakeshjain

Generally positive from what I’ve read. They've delivered on past projects with good construction quality. Rajapushpa Green Dale is the recent project in lifestyle city you can check on.

Shebin

My friend lives in another Rajapushpa project, pretty satisfied with the construction, delivery was a bit delayed for them and maintenance is also okay.

Sukeshmhatre

Any idea about the construction stage and hmd, RERA approvals for Rajapushpa Aurelia?

Venkateshwar

I think the rera has been granted and possession planned for October 2028.

How's the connectivity to Rajapushpa Aurelia in Tellapur? Heard it's a growing area.

Kamal

It's quite well connected. Just about 12 minutes from the Financial District and around 20 minutes to HITEC city. ORR being close helps a lot with the commute.

Venkateshwar

Tellapur itself is developing really fast. With proximity to Gachibowli and other major areas, commuting should be hassle-free.

Kamal

Also, there’s access to continental hospitals and international schools like Glendale, where both of my kids attend, within 15 minutes or so, which is great for families.

FarhanAli

I think considering the strategic location near major hubs like Financial District and amenities like Aerobics room and large open spaces, the price appears justified.

Kamal

Definitely on the higher side, but the connectivity and luxury tag add a lot. Plus, being in a good locale adds to the lifestyle quality.

Senanamika

True, but you also get what you pay for. High ceilings, theme-based architecture, and location in the heart of the city account for the pricing.

Mansi

What's in this for the theme based architecture?
