Neopolis
Feb 3, 2026
Raghava have filed early approvals for a new mega high-rise named Linq by Raghava near Neopolis:
Proposed configuration:
4 Towers
S+67 Floors
243 m tall
9.4 acres
2344 units
249 flats/acre
All these info. are just Primary filings there is no official news
Where is the exact location of the project
Wait is Raghava launching another one after Cinq and Nova? Where exactly is this land parcel? Someone in my office said it is facing Gandipet lake side but isn't 111 GO active there? How can they clear 67 floors height if it is close to the catchment area... I am totally confused if this is real or just a rumor to push prices up in that zone.
67 floors on just 9 acres?? 249 flats per acre is total madness bro. Imagine the morning traffic when everyone tries to take their car out from the basements at 9 AM. Does anyone know where is this exactly coming near Neopolis? If it is on that main connecting road then full jam every day.
That entire stretch is going to become a massive bottleneck. Right now only it takes 20 mins to cross that single junction during evening peak hours, imagine what happens when these 40 floor towers open up and thousands of cars come out. And what about water? Entire area is running on tankers only. Luxury towers but basic infra is missing.
Actually 249 density looks high on paper but because they are going up to 67 floors the ground footprint will be small. Means more open area at the bottom for amenities and green space. If the pre launch price is decent it might be worth looking into because Neopolis plot rates in auction were insane anyway. Raghava construction quality is usually top notch based on their previous projects.
Just moved from Bangalore to Hyderabad and checked out Linq last week. Honestly compared to Outer Ring Road area in Bangalore, the roads here are much better but pricing is almost catching up. But layout looks a bit cramped? Too many towers in small land parcel.
And the Road in front is 60 ft wide
All the best buyers
In my opinion Density is very low
At least they should have 7000 flats in 9 acre then it would be fine
If I am living in a property this dense I would prefer Dharavi
at least I can get those Seaviews every time I want
God forbid but what if something disastrous happens
Like incase of fire how are top floors people gonna escape
One can satisfy there hunger not greed,
What the Hell is 249flats/acre
