Wave by Raghva

Hi, I recently visited wave by Raghva project. Overall everything looks good to me. I like the project and thinking of buying 1 flat which have balcony view in East direction. Can someone confirm if the project is good?

Their asking base price is 7700 and I am thinking of negotiating it till 7400

Invested in Nova and i am happy with the response i got and i was thinking about investing in Wave before choosing Nova as well but tellapur currently is not the most liveable place like one would need water tank for daily water suplies and total construction chaos in that area might affect your yield

I would say chose a much stable micro market rather than going for tellapur if you are first time investor, and if you know what you are doing you can choose Wave as well
