I wanted general review on DSR projects and builder history. How is the construction qualtiy? Possession is given timely or there are delays? Booking experience? legal disputes history?

I was looking to invest in their latest launch on tellapur called DSR ALTITUDE these are the basic configuratuon details:

Visited two weeks ago. The model house looked fantastic with very high doors and 11ft ground to ceiling height. Liked the location and approach roads are already there. The sales head said they would deliver before the RERA projected date. Any idea on the recent SFT rate?
