Advice for Anyone Considering Honer Signatis

As someone who seriously evaluated Honer Signatis and eventually decided to walk away, here’s my honest advice for buyers:

1) Builder Responsiveness: The builder is highly unresponsive. Once money comes into the picture, support and clarity drop significantly.

2) Past Project Issues: Existing owners of Honer Aquantis have raised many complaints from water seepage to poor construction quality. These are public concerns you can easily verify in google reviews

3) Legal problems since start: Signatis itself had multiple legal questions early on, including the landowner dispute and FTL-related concerns. multiple backed out of itt because the builder was not giving any physical proof regarding them they just said it was not valid.

Whole kukatpally is filled with their banners and they claim 90% sold, but this is mostly a marketing line. If it were truly sold out, the prices wouldn’t have been stagnant for the last 16 months.

If you’re planning to invest, think twice. There are safer, more transparent builders in the market. Don’t risk your money on a project where the fundamentals and trust issues are already questionable.

How reliable is Honer as a developer? They seem relatively new with only 4 projects known.

Honer Homes is one of the big builders itself. Vivantis and aquantis are their completed projects. Signatis and Richmond are under construction. You go to banjara hills and some other prominent areas, they've got huge hoardings there. Even at hyderabad airport, they have big advertisements. I don't think a small builder will be doing that.

Signaits is a very big project right? How come they'll be able to deliver by dec 2026, when the project was launched last year itself?

it's the Phase 1 of signatis, that will be delivered by december 2026. I don't think not all the 18 towers.

Regarding price, It does seem a bit high, but the location in Medchal-Malkajgiri and the amenities planned might justify it.
