Considering an Investment in ASBL Loft, Any Thoughts?

Hey everyone,

I’m currently weighing the decision to invest in the ASBL Loft project, but I’m not fully convinced yet. I know the location is prime like the fact that it is one of the only few early handover projects in Financial District and the returns are promising, but I have a few reservations. For those who know this project, builder or the area, I’d love to hear your thoughts on whether this could be a solid investment or if I should be cautious.


Would really appreciate some advice or insights, especially if you're familiar with ASBL’s previous projects or the market dynamics around here!
