Lofts and Spectra are premium developments, they target the upper middle class and high income buyers. They might target the same demographic buyers.

TirupatiTwr

Why are they targetting Financial District the most?

Harrysingh

Moslty due to its good returns but also because they already have projects nearby so close expansion by new companies is a general trend.

Asbl has already existing projects in financial district including loft and spectra and their initial prices are around 2cr. The new project may follow similar price trends as already existing projects of Asbl in that area.

Anjalimathur

It might offer more luxurious features.

Benjchakravarthy

According to me, it will be a little higher in price segment as demand seems to continue.

Mulan

It may offer some pre launch prices that will be lower than the final prices.
