Hello everyone, I am a first-time homebuyer in Hyderabad considering Rajapushpa's Imperia for my family. I am nervous about their reputation for delivery delays and build quality. How have completed projects held up post-handover in lifestyle city?

Hi, @Yashred first-time nerves are normal. Rajapushpa offers solid mid-luxury with 80% open spaces, but Regalia had a 5-month delay due to approvals. Atria quality is decent overall, though early leaks were fixed after complaints.

Imperia towers are at roof level, so the timeline looks realistic. Water tankers were needed initially in Atria, but borewells fixed it.
