We’ve been living in Rajapushpa Atria for a while now and figured it’s a good time to do an AMA for anyone looking at resale options here. Overall, the experience has been highly positive. The construction quality has held up great against seasonal rains, the landscaping is beautifully maintained, and it's a very active community dominated by IT professionals. The massive benefit is the location—being right off the financial district corridor saves a ton of time. While the approach roads are fully sorted out now compared to the early days, peak hour bottlenecks near the main exit points can still be annoying.
