What do you think about Sunshine Destino in Puppalaguda for a 3BHK?

I’m exploring 3BHK apartments in Puppalaguda and came across Sunshine Destino by Sunshine Developers. The location and overall project look interesting, especially with its connectivity to Gachibowli, Nanakramguda and the Financial District.

Has anyone visited the project or checked the floor plans? I’d like to know your genuine opinion about the construction quality, amenities, location, pricing and overall value. Also open to suggestions for other good 3BHK projects in Puppalaguda that I should compare with.
