Hi, first time home buyer. I work in IT. Looking for a 3 BHK apartment in west HYD.

Budget is around 3Cr.

Any recommendations for early launched projects which have possession around 2029/30?

Preferences:

1. unit handover without delay.

2. at-least 2000 sqft carpet area.

3. low-medium density project.
