HMDA ignoring bigger issues to focus on Real Estate Development

Saw this meme on reddit yesterday night and honestly, it is so spot on. Attaching it here. It just got me thinking about how true this actually is with the whole real estate scene right now.

The way HMDA is treating Neopolis like a spoiled favorite child just because of those big plot auctions is wild. They get all the fancy underground electricity and fiber optics. But then look at Kollur right next door. I saw some comments online from people who bought flats there, some resale or pre-launch thing, and they were saying the dust and road situation is just pathetic. How are people paying crores for carpet area and then living like this? They are completely surviving on private water tankers and driving on dirt tracks.

And the public transport situation for the whole West Hyderabad side is just non-existent. The traffic near financial district and Kokapet is becoming a nightmare every day because there are no proper buses or metro lines going deep inside. Everyone is forced to take there own car or cab. You see these massive hoardings for ultra luxury projects but everyone is just stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic below them.
