I’ve been researching villa communities in Hyderabad and came across Forest Nation. The focus on greenery, open spaces, bioclimatic architecture and nature-integrated living gives the project a different positioning from conventional gated communities. I’d be interested to hear from people who have visited the project about the actual surroundings and landscaping.

lot of people are in similar situation. Good discussion. below Is my personal opinion.
1) Gated community flats generally appreciate much more than stand alone. as more people want to have better life style, easy to sell and Rent. If you want better life style go with this. better location.
2) Independent House may get little better returns than flat may 2-3% higher CAGR but again you are compromising on life style.
