Hi, Can anyone help me out, I am looking for a under construction kind of property(cause they lower in price)

Basically looking for a under construction kind of property to invest, my budget range is 2-3cr, there seems to be too many options and too many builders in financial dist, it will really help if anyone can suggest few properties and maybe a short description on why to go for them, Thanks.
