I've been hearing mixed reviews about Western Springs, especially given its location in Puppalaguda, which isn't central. What are the actual benefits of buying in this area?

@Raj1901 western springs doesn't have a clear title history so it's better to stay clear of the project at least for now. some parts of the dispute are resolved i think, fines paid by the builder. since title disputes are out of rera's jurisdiction, so this is being dragged in the civil courts for a long time

@Satheesh01 i visited once when they said there is only one open case. But my research came up with all these facts that you mentioned along with how they concealed facts with RERA also. They are now asking another visit with seniors to help with my questions. But yes it's full of litigations.

@Raj1901 honestly if u are doubtful then better dont buy. survey 341 got lot of legal issues and rera tribunal thing is also there. I have heard bank loan is not getting approved easily for this project now. but if you are dealing in your existing assets then you may request them for a discount as well, some investors buying only because they getting big discount but for end user it is very risky. if u don't want headache just look at other options in puppalguda or in fd.

@KomurolluMyeah I am planning to do the same considering the tons of issues. As an end user blocking lifetime of earnings with a sword on head will be difficult. Are you an investor in the same project, if I may ask?

Western is a fairly well estabished builder. Western Plaza and Expotica are 2 of their completed projects in Hyderabad. Many people might not know this but Dallas centre is also Wester construction's project.

Not sure about the exact geographical coveragae of Puppalguda, but this location of western springs is among the prime areas of financial distrit only in Hyderabad, thus attracting a lot of working professionals.
