Has any one heard about Propico?

I got a call from these guys for my property when i just put up for rent. Its the first time i am putting property on rent and they said they give fixed rent. Anyone else know about them or even better used their services?

Just checking once again if someone had any sort of experience with them. I am like what they are offering but there is no one else in my society using their services.

havent seen much people in the local groups using them they seem fairly new. which society is your property in? If it's in a prime location, it might be better to just post in a WA group first. You’ll get the full market rate without a middleman taking cut

@chandujd08 thanks. Makes sense. Its my fathers apartment in my home vihanga. I was exploring this because i didnt want my father to run around if something is needed in apartment.
