Nallagandla

Tridasa Realty has launched their first residential project called Tridasa Rise in Nallagandla. This seems to be their debut in the market; no prior projects or joint ventures from what I can tell.

Layouts look pretty good- well-spaced with good light and ventilation. The overall density is also better than most of the high-rise launches happening around Tellapur/Kollur.
The location is roughly 15 minutes from Gachibowli via the Tellapur–Serilingampally road. It’s close to places like Citizens Hospital and Glendale School. That said, I did read a few concerns online about waterlogging near the nala, though GHMC has apparently started work to widen it.
Does this look like a safe bet to invest in, or too early to trust since the builder’s completely new?
I purchased in Tridasa rise on Jan 2026, I bought 2119 sqft for 6999 per sft back in Jan. The project is good expect few issues.
They have swapped land with near by government land where an STP is located and they have documents for it. Also near to railway tracks the park and temple is inside railway buffer zone, which is not a big issue for me because every project on that side has some thing in the buffer zone. "My home tridasa" has swimming pool and a play ground.
Other than that, this project is good. I enquired with my neighbour who is a local real estate builder, ( builds small standalone project). He said these guys have huge money bank, they are vasudha pharma company, a B2B company. They have so much B money that they can complete this project without any borrow. Also there is no external land lord involved. They whole land belongs to them.
Anyone purchased from here? How is your experience?
I suggest go for it but take legal advocacy to check documents properly
