Auro Regent, looking to buy

Is the starting price 1.8 cr really justified at The Regent given its layout and amenities?

The locality seems pretty awesome. you can check the fair prices on AssetScan and then decide: https://assetscan.in/property?propertyId=10926&utm_source=F&utm_medium=D&utm_campaign=F1

Silvia

Considering buying here, but how about daily conveniences like schools or hospitals?

Nelson

Chirec International School is just 0.6 km away, my kid goes there and Citizens Specialty Hospital is around 5.2 km. Daily needs are covered!

Rakeshjain

Kondapur is packed with infrastructures. Plenty of shopping malls, theatres, and parks. Next Galleria and Srinivasa shopping mall are also closeby.

And for the little ones or planning families, there are several preschools and international schools within a 10 km radius providing excellent education options.

Am looking for a 2500+ sft 3 bhk. What's the current availabillity ?

Nelson

The unit size options are from 1502 sq. ft to 2191 sq. ft. Seems like multiple unit plan options are there for different family sizes and budgets.

SurbhiK

North facing units available? or east facing for 2nd priority.

Kajol

When's the handover and what's the current phase of construction.

Senanamika

The project is said to be completed and ready for possession by September 2027. It seems everything is on schedule for now.

Bhaweshsingh

They launched last November 2022. Considering the magnitude of this project with 5 towers and all, a 5 year completion period is expected.

Ravindersingh

They have not received the rera yet, so that’s something to keep an eye on for future updates.

How's The Regent’s connectivity with the rest of Hyderabad?

Ravindersingh

It’s quite well-placed. Only about a few kilometers from major hubs like Gachibowli and HITEC City and even the metro stations aren’t too far.

Bhaweshsingh

Definitely, 3 km to Cyber Towers, nearby metro stations like Raidurg and Miyapur makes it extremely viable for daily commutes.

Kaveri

Airport is a bit far i think, it’s a straight 34 km drive to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.

Bhaweshsingh

That would be 20 mins through ORR

Bhaweshsingh

Given the location in Kondapur, and the fact it's a 3 BHK in a prime area, the starting price of ₹1.54 Cr seems reasonable in the current market.

Nelson

Considering the prices of similar projects in the area I'd say it’s competitive.

Bhaweshsingh

Yes, and views of Gopi Cheruvu.
