Looking at recent real-world data points, a standard 2BHK in Kanopy Yellow Bells (approx 1294 sqft) that was purchased close to launch is now commanding resale quotes around 82L to 87L.Does anyone here have recent, verified transaction numbers or registration data points for the older Marigold or Tulip phases? I'm trying to build a clean comparative spreadsheet for this specific North Hyderabad pocket to see if the newer phases are matching the township's historical growth pace or seeing slower demand.
