Agree with the unjustified cost of tellapur but same goes for Neopolis no matter how good the connectivity is, the costs are extremely high same locality 5 years back was at 6000 sft not it is at 11000+ , the school fees in the area is 2 lac+, nothing could be improved until gov puts some restrictions on these unjustified increasing costs and unnecessary additional costs.
