Aparna Garnet Gopanpally: 22.5-Acre MoEF Filing Check

Aparna Group has filed environmental approvals for Aparna Garnet, a major residential sector inside the larger Aparna Deccan Town master project in Gopanpally.

According to the latest MoEF filings, the project covers 22.5 acres and will feature 8 high-rise towers standing G+45 floors tall, bringing a total of 2,136 flats to the Gachibowli-Gopanpally extension belt.

The project keeps unit density controlled at 95 flats per acre, leaving significant open ground for township infrastructure and landscaping. While Land acquisition and AAI clearances are complete, the project is awaiting final HMDA/GHMC sanction and TGRERA registration before soft-launching.
