Just got the brief on a very exciting new launch by AVR Builders, situated right adjacent to Lotus Grand and near Rockwell International School. This is a 2-acre premium gated community and they are going for a "low-density" boutique concept which is very hard to find in Kokapet these days. EOI window is officially open now.

What stands out is the exclusivity. While everyone else is building 50-story towers with thousands of flats, this is just 11 floors with a modern glass façade.
