My Home Bhooja Raidurgam — 2 years living here, honest review

Thought I’d drop a quick review since we just completed two years of living here in Bhooja. Overall, the location right in Raidurgam is completely unbeatable, especially with all the tech parks nearby and being so close to the metro station, saves so much time in everyday traffic. The clubhouse is huge and my family uses it almost everyday, plus having the Vijetha supermarket right inside the complex is a massive lifesaver for daily items. But it's not all perfect though. The maintenance charges have been creeping up consistently, right now we are paying almost 4.5 rupees per sqft which really adds up on a large apartment. Also, on weekends the visitor parking layout gets super chaotic near the gates, security takes forever to clear cars. And honestly, for a project that brands itself as ultra-premium, the lifts have been acting up or going under maintenance way more than they should. Anyone else living in the other blocks facing this lift issue or is it just our tower? Curious to know what others think of the management quality lately.
