The Frame, more concept than a confirmed project ?

The frame concept looks premium on paper but since the builder itself is not clearly confirmed, that is where my doubt starts. 35 floors with a hotel plus residential is not a small time project. Execution matters a lot in these mixed use developments and without knowing who is actually behind it, feels too early to get excited.

The budvel side definitely has momentum with orr trumpet interchange and forum mall coming up. That whole stretch is slowly changing profile. so location wise the story is there. but pre launch without RERA and developer clarity is always a grey zone. brochure and reality can be very different.

is this land fully tied up already or still in discussion stage. and which group is backing it financially. If anyone has reliable info on developer’s name or past projects please share, because right now it feels more like a concept than a confirmed project.

Totally agree. Mixed-use with hotel + residential is not “normal apartment execution”. Without a confirmed builder name it’s just vibes.

Exactly. For 35 floors you need serious contractor + funding. Otherwise it becomes a forever-construction.

Hotel + residential combo also brings its own headaches. Different crowd, different security needs, traffic, valet, service lifts etc.

Yeah and then residents complain about hotel guests and hotel complains about residents. Management becomes messy if not planned.

Also parking allocation gets complicated fast in mixed-use.
