Hi everyone, I’m planning to buy a 3BHK flat in Gurgaon, but I’m a bit confused about which project or location would be the right choice in terms of budget and long-term value. Recently, I checked out Experion Windchants (Dwarka Expressway side). It looks like a great premium project with spacious layouts and good amenities, but the pricing feels quite high for my budget.
So now I’m exploring more budget-friendly options where I can still get: good construction quality, a secure gated society, decent amenities
and strong future appreciation potential
I’ve heard that areas like New Gurgaon (Sector 79–95), Dwarka Expressway sectors, and Sohna Road might have better options in the ₹1.5–3 Cr range.
Would really appreciate if anyone here can share: which sectors are currently worth considering, builder floors vs high-rise apartments – which is better? any good societies/projects that offer value for money
