Is Supreme Rivana Punawale a Good Long-Term Investment in Pune?

I’ve been exploring Supreme Rivana Punawale recently and wanted to get some opinions from others who are also considering property in Pune. The project seems quite promising, especially because of its location in Punawale, which is developing rapidly and has good connectivity to Hinjewadi, the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, and the upcoming metro line.

What caught my attention is that Supreme Rivana Pune offers riverside living along with modern amenities. It’s not very common to find such peaceful surroundings combined with city convenience. The availability of both 2 and 3 BHK options also makes it suitable for different types of buyers, whether for self-use or investment.

The pricing seems reasonable compared to other new projects in the area, and since it’s backed by a known developer, it adds some level of trust. I’m particularly interested in its long-term appreciation potential, given the growth happening in this region.

However, since possession is expected much later, I’m curious how others feel about investing in under-construction projects like this. Do you think Supreme Rivana Punawale is worth considering for long-term investment, or are there better alternatives in Pune right now?
