Brigade acquires 4 acres in Neopolis, while Zuari Infraworld plans ₹2,000 Cr Kollur project

Big real estate developments are coming up in West Hyderabad.

Brigade Group has acquired around 4 acres in Neopolis for a new residential project, reportedly with a revenue potential of over ₹2,700 crore.

Meanwhile, Zuari Infraworld India is planning a ₹2,000 crore residential project in Kollur, with 9 towers and around 1,730 units.

With major investments continuing across Neopolis, Kokapet, Tellapur and Kollur, West Hyderabad is clearly attracting strong developer interest.
