Apartment Buyers Facing Confusion Between Balcony Space, Density & Real Usability

Hi everyone, While exploring different apartment projects recently, I noticed that many new developments focus heavily on luxury branding, clubhouses, and visual presentation, but practical day-to-day living sometimes feels overlooked. In several projects, the layouts look impressive on paper, yet balconies are too compact, ventilation is average, and tower density reduces overall privacy and open space. I was also comparing premium developments like Experion Windchants, and it made me realize that buyers today are paying much more attention to real usability factors such as carpet area efficiency, natural light, maintenance costs, and long-term comfort instead of only brochure marketing. Another thing I’ve observed is that many homebuyers now prefer practical apartment planning over excessive amenities. Features like better tower spacing, proper airflow, usable balconies, and lower crowding in common areas seem far more important after possession. I also feel future resale value may depend more on actual living experience rather than just luxury positioning. For those already living in modern apartment communities, what factors made the biggest difference after moving in layout planning, builder quality, low-density environment, maintenance management, or overall community experience?
