The large land parcel located opposite My Home Sayuk, My Home Akrida, and My Home Avali is part of the Tellapur Techno City master plan, a large integrated township being developed by My Home Group.
The existing projects like Sayuk, Akrida, and Avali already form a massive residential cluster, but there are still large parcels of land that could be developed in the future.
According to early development plans, the remaining land may include commercial spaces, retail developments, an international school, healthcare facilities, and additional residential towers.
If this plan takes shape, the Tellapur Techno City corridor could evolve into one of the largest integrated residential ecosystems in West Hyderabad.
