Any review on Sky49 by Ananda homes in Tellapur, it is a pre launch project and is coming at much lower price than any other projects in the area but I am not sure about the builder

i talked to their sales team and they are saying RERA is under process and will get it soon

The density of the project is too high. 1176 units in just 6.3 acres. it comes out to about 186 units/acre. imo thats too much

Go for CLP if you plan to move forward, not an experienced or well known builder in the market if anything goes wrong risk won't be too much, read some reviews on about drizzle that work was very slow so maybe delay will occur
