Review of Ananda Homes Sky 49

Any review on Sky49 by Ananda homes in Tellapur, it is a pre launch project and is coming at much lower price than any other projects in the area but I am not sure about the builder

Hi Anyone investing in SKY49 project , they didnt get RERA yet , is it a safe option for OTP? and need to check on ASBL Loft. Is it worth it to buy a unit there? Any replies are really appreciated. Thank you.

With RERA approved ones fine too but check the builder profile and they shouldn't have too many projects in the pipeline. Otherwise they may face working capital issues

Sky 49 is a very good project but OTP needs to wait till RERA my opinion and ASBL is good only if your budget allows !!

i talked to their sales team and they are saying RERA is under process and will get it soon

The density of the project is too high. 1176 units in just 6.3 acres. it comes out to about 186 units/acre. imo thats too much

Just because its near orr doesn't make the location great that whole area is packed with units and there will be a traffic mess
