Rajapushpa Sierra, Tellapur - Is 3500+ Units on 21 Acres Too Dense?

Looking at Rajapushpa Sierra in Tellapur, there are 3,521 units on 21.1 acres, which means about 167 units/acre. That’s quite high, even compared to other large gated projects nearby that usually have around 120 to 140 units/acre.

Tellapur’s roads and water infrastructure are already under pressure, and the ORR service road bottleneck isn’t getting better anytime soon. With this scale, can the area realistically support so many residents? Or is Sierra just following the new “mega-township” trend that everyone is adopting?

I would love to hear from locals or buyers. Does this density seem manageable, or will it feel overcrowded once all the towers are complete?
