Hello we are also planning to buy a flat in Rajapushpa Imperia. But the sales person has shown us flats that aren’t really meeting our requirements. He says all the other flats are sold out but we have reasons to not believe him. We also read some negative reviews about the builder and the society. Is there any WhatsApp owners group that we can join to gain some clarity?

Rajapushpa ratings have been downgrading and this concern has been raised by many actually recently, but I am not sure about inventary hiding by them

i think posession is the completion of the project and handover is the date we get the ownership of the flat

posession date is the completion date is when the buyer and supplier exchange the selling proceeds and ownership of the property. a handover date is a date and time set after the estimated date of possession.

I have seen in the brochure that it has multiple sport amenities like cross fit training arena, badminton courts etc.

Will there be tennis courts? My kid is into tennis and we are planning to buy a new flat here.
