My friend lives in another Rajapushpa project, pretty satisfied with the construction, delivery was a bit delayed for them and maintenance is also okay.

It's quite well connected. Just about 12 minutes from the Financial District and around 20 minutes to HITEC city. ORR being close helps a lot with the commute.

Tellapur itself is developing really fast. With proximity to Gachibowli and other major areas, commuting should be hassle-free.

Also, there’s access to continental hospitals and international schools like Glendale, where both of my kids attend, within 15 minutes or so, which is great for families.
