My Home vs Aparna constructions in Tellapur - which is better for investment:

Hey all, I’m trying to decide between investing in a property in Tellapur specifically comparing My Home Akrida vs Aparna Newlands. Aparna is about ₹700 per sq ft higher than Akrida, but I want to pick the one with greater scope for appreciation over the next few years. Would appreciate your insights.


If you have bought in any of these properties is it worth paying extra in Aparna since My Home is a good builder as well, also my home was not ready for negotiations is their any scope of negotiation with Aparna?

Both are good builders I can recommend better after seeing the unit plan

Exactly, go for lower unit, corner units and more sft if you have surplus and your main aim is only rentals look into financial district or kokapet region, Tellapur will develop but will atleast take next 5 years to come to that level

I like the construction quality of my home more than Aparna, I purchased one year back then also the price difference was present didn't urderstand the region even now

Heard Aparna is increasing prices from 1 oct I think the difference will cross 1k after that

No, its just on papers; end of the day they will sell at current price only it is just to created unnecessary hype among buyers, don't take any decision in hurry
