I was planning to buy a flat here but it would be better if someone could share their experience with my homes construtions as real estate builders often say they can make changes later in specifications as per the fit, is it true? how much changes has been done in their earlier projects who are already handed over?

This location also has its own advantages tho like Gachibowli, it is near by the Nehru Outer Ring Road, Lingampally Railway Station, RGI Airport etc. It is also a few kms away from Gachibowli and Hitech City.
