Any idea what is the current price for My Home Sayuk.Base Price and what does it come to for 25th floor approx.Checked in Aparna Zicon, they are quoting approx 1.95cr for a 1900 sft. Is My Home Sayuk in the same range.
My Home Sayuk is a gated community in Tellapur with a central courtyard design that promotes green living and natural light. I had a good opinion of Prestige since they’re top most in Bangalore, but saw review-bombing of Prestige High Field residents and am scared a little.
In any case, I’ve more or less finalized a few projects, and will most likely pay the initial installment in next few days, so need your opinion as well.

Pro: - My Home brand - Possession in Q3 2025 - Low price
Con: - Far from Fin. Dist. - Meh area - Meh view - Too congested for amenities (?? Can someone from other societies of similar size comment?) - Too many 2bhks cause drifts after society formation
is there no revolution in IT?. Most are asking their staff to come back to office and it can only go more closer to the pre-covid work style in time with some flexibility.
This is also intentional as the public infra, money rotation and other business which run due to people commuting are also impacted.
