Do My Home Ankura offers only 5 BHK Villas? I saw their update video of oct 2023 but didn't get any clarity, it is mostly about its location, even the brochure is very unclear, there is less information about the project and more stories about the future lifestyle they are promising to provide. I wanted to invest in a 3/4/5 BHK Villas but I am very confused after researching about this particular project. can someone help me?

they are building it on 75.46 acres, they 603 triplex villas and has two sizes. i think there are two different projects one is my homes ankura in tellapur and ankura homes IQON WEST at Shankarpally and the progress video you saw is of ankura homes, tho i am not sure, can someone confirm?

Yes, ankura homes uploaded a progress video of oct 2023. My Home Ankura villas are ready to occupy, there are multiple videos for the same on YT.

Did you book any villa there? Can you tell your booking journey with My Home Group? I was planning to invest in villas in tellapur, gachibowli or kokapet, can anyone share their insights regarding these location? I recently live in USA.

Tellapur location benefits are being closer to ORR, quick hops to HITEC City, Financial District, and Gachibowli. It has proximity to Major IT Hubs and some future developments including many gated communities, apartment buildings, and construction companies.
