Tellapur

Rajapushpa Lifestyle City already has over 6,000 units either delivered or under development. With, Imperia Phase 2 alone is adding new 3,000. And I just came across two more mega projects of Rajapushpa seeking approvals one with 3,780 units and another with 3,580 units. That's a staggering 10,000+ new units on top of what's already coming up by other builders. If I am not wrong there are atleast 5 new projects in Tellapur
What I still liked about Rajapushpa was its density now these two are on such extreme end with around 180 units per acre, Please somebody stop them.
All of this in a stretch that's barely equipped to handle current volumes.
Tellapur's roads are already under strain, and adding such a massive number of units without corresponding infrastructure development is perplexing. This kind of density is challenging even in well-planned areas, let alone in a locality like Tellapur.
Is there even a demand to absorb this many units? With no commercial development in the area, I don't think resale of such units is possible so that mean 10000 new buyer in same area which is not even hypothetically possible. Even though pricing is great compared to other areas. Adding more units without addressing the existing issues seems counterproductive.
I am not even unsure about them getting approvals with their political connections, but has the government completely turned bling eye towards civic infra, all over hyderabad there is not proper public transport and fyi flyovers are not a solution ; proper planned residential development is.
Its high time that the authorities address these issues. If we just going to continue approving massive projects without considering the impact on the locality and its residents.(I am already stressed about the villa community there next atleast 7 years are going to be horrifying for them with continous dust)
