I was getting the option to buy investor shares at ~7900 all inclusive. Is this a good price?

yes 7900 all inclusive is discounted only. builder has started the bookings at 8000. 8k is expensive for tellapur.

Honer Aquantis was 5500 base price 4 years ago, looking at the appreciation and closeness to financial district, i think 8k isn't overpriced. This can go upto 10 in 2 years.

base price 8k per sft. add extra charges for floor rise, corner units, flat facing, view, parking etc, total price can come aroung 9.25k per sft. There are ready to move options in similar standard locations at 8k base price. so i would say overpriced.

Rajapushpa keeps base price slightly lower from the competitors, and they compensate it with higher parking charges, amenities, etc.
