Is Isnapur, Patancheru, Sangareddy a good place to invest?

I recently came across Ramky’s project, Ramky Nextown, in Patancheru. I’m considering investing or buying a property there because the prices are lower compared to other projects. However, I’m concerned about the location since it’s quite far from the city. Would it be a wise decision to invest in this project?
