My Home Budvel project - any details on EOI?

My Home has apparently filed for HMDA for a 14 acre project in budwel. They already own a large land bank of 42 acres or so in the area, so I'm assuming this will be a part of a bigger township, like rajapushpa has in lifestyle city.

Are there any details yet if the eoi's have started, what price, sizes, etc, and would it be a good idea to think about this project if I'm looking purely for investment.


Also, does budvel being referred to as mini neopolis actually makes sense?

EOI buzz on forums, but no RERA yet in Feb '26? Prestige got theirs fast My Home better speed up or it'll fade. South growth real, but don't book blind

Living here already, this 14-acre giant next door is exciting but approvals dragging since '25. My Home's rep is solid (Nirvana vibes), just hope they don't delay like some South projects. Towers up to G+42? Views gonna be insane tho.

Budvel's popping off with ORR and airport links My Home Budvel could be the next big South bet at 11-13k/sqft. But 2031-34 possession? Risky for families, better for long-term flips like Prestige Spring Heights nearby.

What is the expected launch price per sft?

The adjecent prestige spring heights project was launched around 7200 to 7500 per sft last year, this one will also be in the same range. There is no social infra yet, all the 36 and 45 m roads are still only proposed, so i don't see the price to have increased. Talking about mini Neopolis, i don't think that makes sense yet, neopolis already had solid plans in place and work started at the time of phase 1 auctions itself.

Prestige is saying they have sold more than half the inventory in spring heights but doesn't look like it. if any #Prestige Spring Heights buyer can shed some light it and and help us with the research they've done, a lot of use cases would match for myhome as well

@Manojkrishan I booked in PSPH during pre-launch. Construction is going on ( raised to two basements). Tar road works already started by NCC ( by Govt). Pillar work is going on to connect to ORR ( Exit 17A). I can say that all these are going on at reasonable pace.


On the news of 50% inventory being sold out, i believe that as I can see 800+ owners list in NOC submitted to bank for loan processing.

It's right next to prestige spring heights. The picture shows a proposed 45 feet road. How can they build 40 plus floors project on 45 feet road?
