That's what happening in most of the areas now other than green space inside properties all natural spaces are almost negligible.

I heard about some litigation issue in Myscape Edition are their any chances of something similar to happen with this as well or will it decrease it resellng cost?

I’m a bit uncertain about the market demand for such large homes. With sizes over 8,000 sq. ft., do buyers in Hyderabad really prefer such expansive residences? Is there a strong demand for ultra-luxury apartments, or is resale/investment a concern in this segment?
