The collaboration with Nikken Seikei for the IWA project sounds promising. How does this influence the overall architectural quality compared to other local projects?

We are planning to book a flat in Srias iWA and would like to know if it is trustworthy, to invest so much. As we don't have any complete projects of this builder yet. Not much of a detail is mentioned about how the end product will be and also they keep telling us that 67% project is already sold out. We would like to connect with people who have already purchased flat in here.

Yes - the Specs are really premium, the act that we can have lungspace of 600+ acres of land around is USP of this proj. Neighborhood has already changed in last one year

Our group of friends bought 5 units in this with the leap of faith on the architect Nikken Sekkei.

It's close to the Financial District and about a 30-minute drive from the International Airport.

It's 1 Km from the upcoming Nanakramguda Metro Station, that would make it really accessible, half km to the orr service road

I doubt people buying or even renting in such high end project will take metro. ORR connectivity makes more sense.
