Concerns regarding Vajra west city:

Hi everyone, i am looking at this project called Vajra west city in Osman nagar. It looks promising due to its location near outer ring road. Has anyone invested in the project? Any potential concerns about the project or the builder? I would really appreciate any first hand insights. Thankyou.

I live in a nearby community. The area is growing but it’s still very basic. No good schools or hospitals nearby, you'll have to drive a bit. Water and power cuts are still an issue. This project will bring a massive population, which will put a lot of pressure on the existing infrastructure. I would say buy for investment, not for immediate living.

Totally agree. You're right, the area is pretty basic right now. But that's exactly why it's a long-term play. You're betting on the future growth, not on what's already there.

I went to the site and it's basically in the middle of nowhere right now. The road to get there is narrow and bumpy. I can't imagine what the traffic will be like once a thousand families move in. The builder, Vajra Infra, is not a big brand name like My Home or Phoenix. This is a massive project for them. Can they even deliver on time and with the promised quality? That's my biggest worry.
