Western Springs vs SSI Fortune Suraj Bhan Grande:
I have finalized 2 projects in CLP mode for a 3BHK with a good size bed rooms and some provision for maid or work room. Western Springs in Financial district is one which has possession date of 2026 end. Other one is SSI fortune grande in Kokapet/Neopolis region with possession by 2030. Both are quoting around 9500/- psft (negotiable) and additional charges for amenities. Can anyone suggest which is best in terms of end use plus some appreciation potential in the next 7 years. I have considered villas in Tellapur as well initially but additional maintenance for Villas is not manageable by me, I would prefer a spacious apartment in 3000 sqft than a villa with no view.
My 2 cents:
SSI has many delays and had some raids recently but the project seems good, except the nala problem, it is not in Neopolis exactly so I won't count on its appreciation similar to neopolis but it would still be good.
Western springs same the project is good I personally prefer financial district more for investmetn as it will have no problem of finding rentals but I read this post sometime ago, check if its actually a problem- https://x.com/PropGoindia/status/1950101472663703910
