Recently came across a video about the launch of The Cascades Neopolis, and it looks quite interesting! Has anyone here checked it out or visited the site? What can buyers expect in terms of amenities, location advantages, and pricing? Also, from an investment perspective, does this project have good growth potential? Would love to hear insights from anyone with more details.

Hey can you provide more details about this project, overall the density seems on high end to me and even then the pricing is quite high. If you have any other suggestions with lower budget it will be of great help

So I read another thread on this forum when someone raised concerns about akrida so I went to RERA to make sure the layout of cascades is similar as promised but just all the uploaded documents were not even readable, Is it even useful if its not readable how is it legal?

Yes I checked that too but I have seen this with multiple projects, people suggest checking rera before buying but believe me it is only useful if you are buying from a small builder to check the registration doc ohter than that its completely useful, someone on reddit said we could see the project I personally have been never be able to find it

Mad respect for not going beige-and-glass again, the renders look great, layouts look spacious. Neopolis is going to be the best place to recide in hyderabad. great connectivity with metro and orr, great water infra, undergroung cables just great. Anyone looking to buy in hyderabad should consider Neopolis as the top option

I also think Neopolis is best of hyderabad but the pricing is insane a middle class can never afford neopolis

More like FOMO create by Rajapushpa 100 cr land, i don't believe any of these properties should have this pricing when so much inventary is available most of them are going to be bought by NRI again due to FOMO. The locality is great but pricing is insane

For end-use, maybe this makes sense—great roads, ORR access, and once the blue line hits Neopolis, it’ll be like Powai or Gachibowli 3.0. But I don’t see how investors are expecting 2x-3x appreciation here. The land was already bought at ₹100 cr/acre. You’re buying the final product, not riding any wave. The growth already happened.

based on current progress I don't think it will be more than 2000 sft if they want to create a modern living environment around and have more than 5 flats per floor.
