Hi all, wanted the reviews on Clairemont by Prestige. I see that the handover is November 2027, so there should be lot of inventory left.

Also at the time of auction neopolis was so much discussed and most hyped, but i feel that the focus is again more on Financial Disctrit and Kokapet. Is it really the case?

Launch price was 8499 i guess. Last i checked with the sales. it was 9599 for tower 1, 3 & 4 and 10099 for tower 2. Two months ago i guess

Yeah, I also have the same question, what's the status on Neopolis, haven't heard much lately. Also how is the governmet change going to affect the development in Neopolis.
