Need advice on which project is best for investment in Neopolis/ kokapet:

Looking to invest in Neopolis. I’ve shortlisted Skyra via OTP and SSI Fortune Grande. Both look premium, high-rise, long-term projects. Since Skyra is by Rajapushpa and also its Rera has been approved I am leaning towards it more. But pricing for ssi is much more attractive, i am also not sure about going with OTP.

Mainly buying for investment, not end-use so projects with handover around 2029 is what I am looking for. Want something that’ll hold value, good for resale later.

Anyone here already booked or seriously looking in this belt? Would love to hear what you picked and why. Not keen on waiting beyond 2030 unless it’s worth it.

I think both of these builders have some legal issues going on. SSI had some raids while rajapushpa is facing some financial issues from what I have heard, so i recommend if you are going with rajapushpa don't go with otp

Skyra is much better option, it has recieved Rera while ssi is still struggling with it. Entering your money in a system which is facing so much legal battle is not worth it. I have bought in Skyra but not through OTP. What is the OTP price ?

I have not contacted sales yet but it is around 8400 as base price in OTP

we can get similar base price for ssi for clp, although th sales were quoting 9000, i think they will come down and negotiate
